DAY-OF COORDINATION

Day-of coordination services begin at $1,500 for up to 10 hours day-of

PRE-EVENT COORDINATION

I charge $100/hour for pre-event coordination

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM?

Yes, Perfectly Aligned minimum is 10 hours for day-of coordination + 4 hours for pre-event coordination

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES/ADD ONS?

  • LODGING

    • Travel 30+ miles from 02132 requires lodging

    • Start times before 8:00AM require lodging

    • Completion times after 11:00PM require lodging

  • PARKING: If parking is necessary, you’ll need to cover that (but I will do my best to find a reasonable price on SpotHero!)
